Founded by Olly Hermon-Taylor in 2010, Lean Green Human Being specialises in movement, nutrition and lifestyle designed to help you Reset your mind and body and take control of your health and fitness, once and for all, using our three-step system.

Step 1: THINK

The first and most important part of any coaching programme is to work on mindset and motivation and uncover the real reasons why you want to make changes to your lifestyle. Then we look at setting specific goals based on what you truly want to achieve. At Lean Green Human Being, we call this first step THINK and it is the place all of our coaching programmes start. Don’t worry, we’ve created simple tools and coaching principles that will help you uncover your “Emotional Ammunition” so that you can create new, healthy behaviours and habits for sustainable results that last, long-term.

Step 2: FOOD

Movement is just one part of the equation and we consider food to be the real foundation of health. Using a Real Food approach, which simply means eating fresh, whole, natural, unprocessed foods the way Nature intended, we’ll help you improve your energy levels, digestion, body composition (body fat versus lean muscle tissue) and rebalance your body, building true health from the inside out.

Instead of simply focusing on aesthetics and how your body looks, we’ll help you create new, healthy and sustainable habits so you can build a lean, strong, healthy body that looks as good as it feels.

Step 3: MOVE

Our goal is to help you build better movement patterns from the ground up, for improved, pain-free movement and performance. In order to achieve this, we conduct thorough, movement screens and assessments with all clients designed to identify asymmetries, imbalances and dysfunctional movement patterns.

Following this, we’ll create an individualised, corrective exercise programme designed to address any imbalances and rehabilitate any dysfunctional movement patterns, or get you out of pain as soon as possible and improve your mobility, stability, strength, power and performance for work, life or sport.
